Pros

Small, close-knit work environment Houston Boutique, in particular, is always busy Management empowers employees to make their own decisions Excellent and consistent training

Cons

The only downside I saw to working for Burberry is that is a smaller scaled company (if comparing to department store retailers) and promotions can be a long process since people tend to stay with the company and there are fewer open positions.

Pros

Deep respect of the multi-culturism, from customers and managers. Wages paid on time. Good credit records. Very interesting british Fashion culture environment. Usefull as a first, or student job in the UK. Very good team work ambiance.

Cons

Wages and commisions are too low for an expensive city like London. Vertical promotion non-existent or to slow. Qualified elements rarely stay.
