It's a company where, if you deserve it obviously, you can grow thanks scheduled performance and develpment plans where the management can see your potentials. It's also a place focused on trainings and "test/play/contest" activities that are really helpful for test your product knowledge and for drop down tensions (eg. during seasonals sales, fashion week, financial year's ending..).
