Pros

People in store are good to work with and for and higher management in the field is nice and understanding of in store successes and opportunities. The fashion here is also amazing.

Cons

People in corporate could careless and there is no remorse for cutting entire divisions or bonuses. There always looking at cutting people or bonuses or positions when the going gets tough with little to no alternative for those affected.

Pros

The workers i worked with were great and bring life to work.

Cons

Bad management, turn over rate of staff leaving really high so says a lot about their management. No work life balance have to beg to take days off to go on holidays.
