Pros

Mac and Windows Devices. Exposure to many types of tech. Market Leader with Tech. Involvement in Projects.

Cons

High level of responsibility for pay grade. Management isn't great. Made to feel like a glorified handyman at times. Things can be slow to be approved/arranged. Other IT Departments can be entitled.

Pros

Some good perks, sample sale, lunch, fruit etc. - mostly hangovers from better times

Cons

At head office management don't respect the staff, know they can replace them easily. Very difficult to progress Not very understanding about flexible working, particularly for working mothers Mostly men in senior management Definitely gone down hill since Angela Ahrendts left as CEO
