      Pros

      Generous vacation time, 4 weeks after 5 years, 300 shares of stock received each year after 5 years.

      Cons

      Horrible, immature store management, they have driven off many quality employees,(including me) with their 'soap opera drama'. If Christopher Bailey only knew who was in charge of his stores.

      Free lunch. Successful company which has potential to be a great company for employees if they work on the below cons.

      Lack of training, support and guidance from colleagues and managers. People let you sink here for their own benefit I was a recent grad so really could of done with the above. Colleagues were unpleasant and used my apparent weakness to make themselves look better. Managers don't care this behaviour is happening, I walked into our office several times to hear my manager and colleague talking about the time I chose to eat lunch... Really??? It was often like being back in school again.
