Lack of training, support and guidance from colleagues and managers. People let you sink here for their own benefit I was a recent grad so really could of done with the above. Colleagues were unpleasant and used my apparent weakness to make themselves look better. Managers don't care this behaviour is happening, I walked into our office several times to hear my manager and colleague talking about the time I chose to eat lunch... Really??? It was often like being back in school again.
