Training was focused on reading and documents, not as much hands-on training or discussion. Would be helpful to have training on styling, clientel building and other soft skills
Feels like the brand itself is sometimes trying to cut corners and manufacture in cheap-labour countries
Management tends to hire externally, before posting jobs within the stores and making sure current employees are aware and have the chance to express their desire to advance
