Pros

Hourly+commission pay structure Young and family-like work environment Easy-going sales culture (no drama, honesty policy, open dialogue) Amazing benefits package Weekly dry cleaning Four complete uniforms per year for full-time staff Generous international discount program, even on top of markdown, outlet and online Lots of internal contests to win trips, prizes etc. Company strives to be more and more digital with iPads, online selling - appeals to a young demographic Cohesive and supportive management Quick to earn additional week(s) of vacation. Company also provides 4 bonus holidays a year for FT

Cons

Lacks some of the true feel of "luxury" that is found in brands without entry-level price points Sometimes over-managed, would be better to give more autonomy and responsibility to senior staff for decision making Training was focused on reading and documents, not as much hands-on training or discussion. Would be helpful to have training on styling, clientel building and other soft skills Feels like the brand itself is sometimes trying to cut corners and manufacture in cheap-labour countries Management tends to hire externally, before posting jobs within the stores and making sure current employees are aware and have the chance to express their desire to advance

Pros

Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

Cons

Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
