Pros

1. This job is not really hard. 2. Free fruits. 3. Lots of discounts. 4. Lots of holidays you could book. 5. Benefits are good.

Cons

1. The workload is huge, but the salary is low. 2. The management team are BAD, they are very emotional and dramatic. 3. The security team was doing nothing but they share bonus and commission, and they thinking all the Sales Associate are reselling something. 4. Store policy change anytime they want. 5. The whole store looks poor. 6. There are very few opportunities for promotion, and only those who are familiar with senior executives can be promoted.

- internationally recognised brand - fantastic training and on-going training - store manager is fantastic - great staff discount

Cons

- only work here if you would like a temporary job - company culture is terrible - bad salary package - hard to reach retail incentive - lack of career advancement - take advantage of you - very high school drama like- be very careful on who you talk to and step your toes with - long working hours with no empathy to work life balance - uncomfortable work uniform and shoes
