Pros

Lovely head office, free lunch and discount. (Though still incredibly hard for most to afford)

Cons

Agressive way of working and there is a culture of fear and blame. Team work non existent and the hours are long - weekends and evenings.

Unique brand; less-than-ideal HR; tough hours

Pros

The luxury band was classy. I felt good about the product. Many of the team's members (stores) were really wonderful people and always smiling.

Cons

Revolving door! Some of that was due to the nature of retail, but much (especially that of mgt and back office) must be attributed to the poor treatment of people by HR and their "clicky" dynamic. It usurped much of what was good about the brand. Little focus was placed on non-revenue producing departments, keeping them so lean members had to work unreasonable hours just to get the job done. Flaccid department heads were too afraid to speak up for their employees.

Pros

Lots of incentive to sell, great commission and benefits.

Cons

Lots of pressure to meet personal goals. Monthly reviews and action plans.
