      Burberry has great employee benefits

      Cons

      The current HR leadership at Burberry does not have employees wellbeing in mind. The HR leadership team created a toxic work environment and terminated employees in good standing and with years of tenure with no cause. The HR leadership team does not follow HR best practices, and leads with a lack of integrity.

      Pros

      Good staff discount and sample sales, well-being Fridays through summer (half days) and festive days, nice head offices. Motivated and fast paced work environment with some good career progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Currently going through redundancies, lack of communication on strategy and direction and cost savings could be made on things other than peoples jobs. Salaries are not competitive with the market. Some teams need more people to cope with workload.

      -The people higher up are not interested in team welfare. -The company benefits are average. -The office is cramped and full of health and safety violations. -no critical path in place. -no meaningful progress review structure. -no training. -understaffed, they will give you the workload for the people they haven’t hired and most likely won’t. -hours, you will work long hours and weekends.
