Pros

- Good name to have on your CV - Nice office space in a good location

Cons

Upon joining Burberry, like I imagine most people are I was really excited to work for the brand however don't be blinded by the name Burberry - this office is run really poorly. I found that there was little to no training with a hit the ground running approach (due to the fact everyone is massively stressed and overworked). Some people were lovely but I found some senior managers took a bullying approach to get things done, again probably as a result of the stress they are under. I was also surprised by how many people just weren't very good at their jobs here - I have to agree with the other reviews and say that they really do hire anyone regardless of skills and experience and would advise others to avoid... the ridiculously high staff turnover reflects what it's like to work there.

Pros

employee discount, good benefits and fun activities

Cons

Bad management, micromanagement, really why hire expert people if you are going to micromanage even what to reply on emails! No work life balance, I had to work even on holidays and weekends!
