All the PROS are not career related: good discount, sample sales, free lunch, third party discounts, good name on the CV

Cons

Career growth close to none, they lied regarding promotions and possibility of career since my interview and I am still waiting, the management doesn't know how to handle the talent and promote initiative. Learned nothing, not training or support for development

When I worked at Burberry, they really gave you a sense of being part of something important, you felt quite valued and rewarded with great benefits including summertime hours, great discounts and sample sales, and a fantastic Christmas party and raffle.

Cons

The HR team was awful, they would fail to turn up to scheduled meetings, and were riduculously bad at solving HR related issues. Also one of the merch managers when I was there had a lot of complaints made about her due to the way she treated people, and HR were pretty bad with the way they managed the tricky situation.

Amazing office, great perks ie. free lunch, half Fridays from June-Sept, inspirational brand

Cons

As others have said very weak, unprofessional, unsympathetic HR. Appalling conditions, policies and consideration for working mums despite 80% female staff. Turn down flexible/part time working consistently without any consideration. Several tribunals looming.
