      Horrific - avoid, avoid, avoid!

      No leadership, no strategy, no vision, no meaningful communication from the CEO or his ELT. Never known a company with so many VPs! Inexperienced senior “Managers”, constant layoffs, hiring of more and more and more C suite execs with no support for the people doing the actual work, over riding culture of FEAR and everyone is completely miserable in the lower ranks. While the undeserving get promoted because they are taking credit for everyone else’s work and just looking out for themselves. Any true leaders or proper Managers within the business who the teams respected, have now left. Sad times.

      Cons

      This woman has single handedly run this company into the ground. She has no purpose for being here. She's never lead a team of salespeople selling a complex SaaS solution. She is completely inept. I'm actually embarrassed for her. However, because she's a manipulative narcissist, she finds a way to save herself by throwing her sales leaders under the bus and blame them for her inadequacies and ZERO strategy.

      Work from home, vacation, people (2023 and before).

      Cons

      Too many to name. -Toxic culture -New Partner team is not strategic. This was a big change since last year. The new folks brought on have zero relationships and do not know how Boomi works. Huge fail on the partner end. - Confusing/always changing quota. - Horrible leadership as of 2023. - Constant changes. - No career progression, particularly for younger folks. - Apparently the Vancouver AEs can make under 100K CAN. That is disgusting as more AEs make 225-350K USD per year. - No diversity. - TOXIC
