Pros

You get to work with some great people. Lots of perks like free lunch once a week, snacks, drinks. If you're inexperienced it's a great place to pick up some new skills, assuming they let you do the work correctly you could come out ahead!

Cons

Too much politics and incompetent management. Some of them don't even have a clue! The schedule of projects is also a joke, unrealistic with the staff the company has, the company is already years behind schedule, what's the rush now? Lots of bad apples in the mix forces the good workers to carry alot of dead weight. Pay increase is a joke. Goals are a joke. A small company trying to be a big company. Someone is taking Bezos to the cleaners with this place!!

Pros

Great coffee and free lunch on Tuesdays. Innovative culture, fun to participate in that environment. Great co workers.

Cons

Almost no internal movement throughout the company. You stay at the job you're hired at. Clueless, inept leadership team. Bad benefits package. Extremely dissatisfied workforce.

Pros

A place to learn more about LOX rocket engine technology then anyone off the street. A good place to learn new skills on the job. The company feeds their employees every day and pays 850 a month for living expenses. Severance package is good

Cons

Raises are low and reviewing process is based on what other co workers think of you which means if their is some co worker whom you do not work well with the management will listen to what they have to say and will not here your side of the story. If your ever placed on a PIP (Personal Improvement Plan) you should start seeking new employment because this is their way of generating a paper trail to fire you. Hr works against you when you have valid points and management does not support their employees or hears their concerns. The location is very remote and their is no real convince or amenities for 100 miles.
