Great company culture with trust in employees. Diverse backgrounds from different industries. Good compensation. Located in Kent for an easy commute.

Cons

Can feel chaotic due to growth and aggressive schedules.

Great opportunity to develop innovative propulsion technology.You will never be pigeon-holed. The expectation are high and unrelenting.You will have more work on your plate than you are capable of doing so figure out how to do it and get it done. Question everything you have learned previously as it relates to propulsion technology and challenge all presumptions you came here with, and if things seem in control, then you aren't moving fast enough. That's Blue Origin.

Every employee is valuable and must pull their weight, so you won't get stuck on some small project no one cares about. Overall if you are a self-starter, you will quickly be given responsibilities and become a vital part of the team.

Cons

Communication from senior leadership is often very poor, but the lower level managers typically do a good job to make up for this.
