      Pros

      I have enjoyed every minute of my time at Blue. The company is mission driven and the employees are intensely passionate about what they do. I have never worked for a company with co-workers who were so patient and enthusiastic with unmatched experience and intelligence that makes working with them a pleasure.

      Cons

      Still growing and maturing but on the edge of greatness! Every company can have their hard times but in those moments there is always a light to guide us.

      Best Reasons to consider a career at Blue

      Folks are passionate about getting to space It's a very hands-on work environment Base salary and benefits gaps of the past have been largely corrected

      Cons

      If you're not passionate about space, and vehicle development to get there, then this is not likely the best place for you. Company is private, so corporate stock is not yet an incentive.
