Pros
1. You get to work in one of the most vibrant and growing sector, that of mobile apps; 2. People are thoroughly selected for their intellectual and moral qualities, so you can be sure you are going to work with like-minded, supportive and dedicated people who are incredibly smart as well; 3. All the company policies are meant to incentivize cooperation (which is strongly encouraged and rewarded) and to create a healthy work-environment; 4. They really care about the wellbeing of their employees, and everything they do is well-thought in order to make you feel you're being part of something, not just a worker at his workplace. And the best part is it's not just a façade, they do really in what they do.
