The people operations team is continuously thinking of ways to improve life of Spooners at work and beyond work and do all that they can to keep everyone happy and satisfied. In addition, the recruiting team does a great job of recruiting people who are smart, self-motivated, come from varied backgrounds, and are extremely helpful and supportive. It has been a pleasure working with smart, motivated and very very nice people, who are supportive at work and beyond. Bending spoons itself is a growing company, and is exploring many different directions. Hence there are a lot of areas and opportunities to contribute and find your way in the company. You could always find something that motivates you and work where you can contribute the best.
