Bending Spoons takes care of EVERYTHING to make sure you feel happy, relaxed, and productive. In my previous jobs, the company wouldn't care if you live or die outside of workhours. Having a company that asks me if I need something and actually tries to help is quite a shock for me. In my case, I needed to relocate from another country. Relocation can be a nightmare, and Italy is a place with lots of bureaucracy. I've been assisted with so much care that I consider buying the HR personal a Xmas gift.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to concentrate on one task since there is always so much going on. Sometimes I feel like suggesting something like a "no-meetings-Wednesday", so I could dive into the software and turn the internet off. But it might be just a matter of organizing myself better.
