      friendly coworkers, open company culture, good on CV, pay is good in Italy standards

      Cons

      Company culture that thinks scrutinizing tiny details (even personality traits) as giving feedback, HR can be non-responsive after accepting the offer, poor WLB (no one forces you to overwork but it is obvious if you don’t since this is what everyone else does)

      I’ve had an amazing experience working here, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The company offers an environment where you’re surrounded by top-level colleagues who inspire you every day. It’s a place where you can truly scale your knowledge and make a significant impact. The benefits are outstanding: super flexible work hours, plenty of activities to engage in, and even company trips purely for fun (not work-related). It’s rare to find a workplace that balances productivity with such a vibrant and supportive culture. This is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for growth and a fulfilling career.

      Cons

      We work a lot—it’s a given with the level of impact we strive for. While it’s incredibly rewarding and enjoyable, this isn’t a typical 9-to-6 job. If you’re looking for a strictly routine schedule, this might not be the right fit. However, if you’re passionate and ready to immerse yourself in meaningful work, you’ll absolutely love it here.
