      Pros

      Highly competent colleagues, positive and friendly working environment, collaborative mindset, very open mindset and very transparent decision making. You can easily pursue your ambitions here; I think it's a place where it's possible to do your life's best work.

      Cons

      A lot of emphasis from day one on the value of letting people go—you'll be reminded of this pretty consistently throughout. Less of a "tribe" than a startup.
