      Great company culture, ambitious, young, good company leadership (the founders, not necessarily the team leads).

      Cons

      Depending on the team your experience may very wildly. Some leads are clearly not fit for the role and prompted many of their employees to leave (either the team or the company as a whole) Compensation tiers and the way they are assigned is not always the most transparent

      Working at Bending Spoons is challenging, rewarding, stimulating. I couldn't hope to find a place that challenges me as much and feels as much rewarding.

      You risk getting too much into your work and the people from work to leave on the side other aspects of your life.
