      I’ve had an amazing experience working here, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The company offers an environment where you’re surrounded by top-level colleagues who inspire you every day. It’s a place where you can truly scale your knowledge and make a significant impact. The benefits are outstanding: super flexible work hours, plenty of activities to engage in, and even company trips purely for fun (not work-related). It’s rare to find a workplace that balances productivity with such a vibrant and supportive culture. This is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for growth and a fulfilling career.

      We work a lot—it’s a given with the level of impact we strive for. While it’s incredibly rewarding and enjoyable, this isn’t a typical 9-to-6 job. If you’re looking for a strictly routine schedule, this might not be the right fit. However, if you’re passionate and ready to immerse yourself in meaningful work, you’ll absolutely love it here.

      The compensation and benefits at Bending Spoons are amazing compared to other places in Europe. The work environment is also extraordinary. Everyone is nice and willing to help, and you can maintain a healthy work-life balance. You also get to work in well-known digital products with massive reach and scale.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are tasks that understandably need to be done but these tasks can be a bit dull and hinder your growth as a Software Engineer.
