The people you are surrounded by are all very talented, and there are a lot of interesting challenges and tasks you can work on. Pros: • Growth Opportunities: The company is growing and scaling quickly, which means plenty of opportunities to work on different products, try new things, and so on. • Flexible work: You can work from wherever you want. • Recognition: If you work hard and constantly deliver you can grow (both in responsibilities and salary) quite quickly.
