- Professional environment sans any office politics - Non hierarchical organisational structure which also introduces you to the efficient and direct German approach to work - International assignments and postings for performing employees - Ample travel opportunities - Immense employee benefits and perks reflected in the low attrition rate

Cons

- Forget about the work-life balance if you are in the Press and Corporate Affairs / Marketing / Sales departments - Needs to be more transparent in terms of employee appraisals and grading system - Desperate requirement of upgrading the IT infrastructure

It was great experience for those entry level individuals who are learning what it is like to work in a fast-paced office setting. The other staff members were very friendly and I felt as though my resume and skills were boosted substantially from this position.

Cons

Other workers definitely can affect how well you can do your job. Especially in this position where your main objective is to please the customer.
