      Pros

      Great working environment. Women-friendly policies and lots of opportunities to get training. Relatively flexible culture compared to other Samsung affiliated companies. Above market pay & benefits.

      Cons

      Perceived job security is low due to constant changes in business strategy/ cost reduction efforts. Although free/flexible on the surface, overall very conservative, top-down leadership style/culture makes the company slow and clumsy compared to major competitors.

      Pros

      Big Challenges, and obbsesive care about the cars. Everyone believes they are building the best cars in the world and want to keep this going

      Cons

      The most bureaucratic place you can imagine. Honestly. They are working on interesting work, but its like a circular firing squad sometimes

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and time off. Good deals on new cars. Top selling luxury brand. Great commissions for sales.

      Cons

      Upper management is still in the past. Unequal treatment to employees. Hourly employees are not paid on the level as salary. Work can be repetitive. Opportunities to move up are nonexistent. Employees come third, after customers and upper management.
