      Fast paced, hi-tech, business growing well, great people and culture, operates in the Microsoft/Accenture ecosystems

      Pros

      Great people and culture - much more switched on and less political than most companies. Work will vary project by project but you can create your own opportunities by specializing in new and hot areas and by getting more involved in supporting sales to open or expand customers relationships. Benefits are excellent especially extended benefits (gadget fund). Future seems bright and mood is quite upbeat.

      Cons

      Travel and being stuck on a tough project even though there is now more focus on local work in the new US org model. Have to learn to protect the personal time. Sometimes customers are not aware or willing to try the new Microsoft technologies which could be better than what they are using. Finding time to train on all the new releases.

      The people are really great. The benefits are good as well. They pay for certification as well.

      Cons

      Management is poor as well as the on boarding. Hard to locate information or to find anyone who can answer questions
