      Pros

      Great place to improve problem solving skills and to be involved in lots of different kind of projects.

      Cons

      Quite all projects are managed by Accenture management, so avanade employees are quite always subcontractors. Employees are oftes stuffed on projects only on the basis of projects availabilities, not on the basis of their skills or their goals. Bad work-life balance. In most of projects there's no possibilities to plan private life in advance (even a couple of days)

      Access to microsoft certification (but you will never be given the "training time" the you have been promised)

      Cons

      Salary way below average Expect to work up to 14 hours a day during the week and 10 hours during the weekend, with extra hours most of the times not paid Too much pressure and stress, even if you are a junior profile, expect to hear managers screaming insults every single day Promises are never kept, almost impossible to get a promotion, you could end up managing over 20 people for years and still be a "junior analyst" with 22k € compensation (seen with my eyes) If you don't like the project you are working on it's almost impossible to be assigned to another project
