      Great place to grown from analyst to manager in a technical career. Plenty of support and advantages to create a tech path.

      Cons

      It's very complicated to continue a technical path if you think above Manager. The natural path is to turn into business and it can be very complicated.

      There are she really great people and supportive team members at this company. Work/life balance is taken seriously. The opportunity ti work on global efforts can help your career growth.

      Cons

      Management should see to it that everyone is assigned to a project, instead of allowing assignment of the same people to projects. Make sure team resources are supported before a resource is abruptly removed from a project.
