      Pros

      Great environment to work in, everyone is open, super friendly and is always willing to help. Has a Start-Up mentality even after being a 15+ year and established company. Very good opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Not as much structure in a company as you'd like a mid-sized company to be. Getting an answer is a lot of digging and networking which could be a pro. Avanade way is being thrown into a vague roll no one knows about and to grow and master it. But that is how you become valuable to the company.

      Pros

      Microsoft Gold Partner status. Bleeding edge of innovation and technical developments in a multitude of industries.

      Cons

      Travel and 'consultant life' is a game for the young and single crowd. Over-emphasis on certification may trump actual skill development or experience.

      Pros

      Avanade is embracing a vision of the future of what they want to become and forward thinking. They are inclusive and continue to embrace diversity.

      Cons

      Lack of cohesion, it seems frantic and in a constant clean up mode. They embrace diversity but only at the lower levels, not too many women are in middle management or at the top.
