      - There are some nice and patient managers who are willing to seat down and guide you - Being a consulting environment, there are learning opportunities - colleagues are generally very helpful

      - long working hours since it's a consulting environment - initiatives such as HR benefits are rarely enjoyed by employees staffed on projects
