-Free gym -Nice and friendly gym members -Awesome colleagues -Sales can be rewarding

Cons

-Lack of compensation and benefits -Management can be verbally abusive towards staff. -Decision making based on emotions -Lack of professionalism -High staff turnover -Communication from management to staff is ineffective -Messages you during off work hours on non urgent matters. -Lack of quality learning opportunities(for personal trainers) All in all, this does not apply to all anytime fitness clubs but the ones I have worked at so far.
