Starts out fun however, managers make or break your career there.

Pretty good working environment. Some upper management is really supportive.

Cons

Constantly in need of equipment. At the time they were moving towards doing small group sessions, which are not only a rip off for clients but also trainers. All the clients pay the same price as if they were getting a one on one session and the trainer is still paid as if they are only training one client. Either clients should have a discounted rate if they agree to small group sessions or trainers need to be more fairly compensated.
