Great gym, friendly corporate office, a great purchase for franchise owners.

Pros

24 hour facilities are easier to market than others, easy to keep clean and organized. I like that all the billing and pt companies are linked up.

Cons

The facilities though even though they are real nice, tend to be a bit smaller than the local competition. Less equipment, and less classes, but less members also, which is a plus.

Pros

Great place to learn and grow, family oriented as well. Up to date ideas and technology and serve to a niche market being open 24/7. Competitive pricing and room for growth each facility is ran different since it is a franchise but all have the same basic layout.

Cons

Normal work schedule can sometimes be overrun, hours of operation can conflict with family/school activities but can be flexible for the most part.
