Good experience, fun environment, decent pay with commission, free gym membership, flexible schedule at times

Cons

Commission isn't always fair - staff might fight over who should take the commission. Management is not always professional- working in a gym environment can be difficult at times. Management isn't always as professional and as fair as you might expect.

Pros

I am very close with members at the club and enjoy being a part of their gym life. Teaching classes is fun for me because I am able to help motivate members to push themselves to new limits.

Cons

The only downside of this job is cleaning which I would not assume anyone would enjoy. Sometimes there are problems with the finance company which can be a hassle to straighten out.
