Pros

- looks good on your CV - you don't have to worry about free time - you won't have any - nice colleagues

Cons

- worst training I have ever received - you would think a massive company like Amazon would have proper training materials and coaches - they do not - awful, awful micro management - you go 3 seconds over your 15 minute break? it gets flagged up to your manager - very low salary despite them just piling on more and more "skills" and responsibility - managers change every few months - no personal connection with anybody - you can just tell you are completely replaceable and any suggestions or complaints are discussed and listened to, but nothing ever happens - Amazon just has no need to change anything - I was basically forced to work in the same role for a year despite not being challenged and me constantly taking on more responsibility and asking to transition into a different role
