Pros

I feel Flexible timings is the only pro. Can grow if you know the managers well. You know what I mean

Cons

Biased promotions, true hard worker not given any importance, they just need the work done. No importance to quality of work

Pros

the process that i work in gives you all the freedom you require provided you meet your goals and targets and maintain the least corporate discipline that is expected of you.

Cons

if you don't speak out and voice your concerns and future plans your job can get stagnant and frustrating
