Pros

The company has changed a lot of its practices and policies recently, so nothing really says that there are more pros. What works for someone might not work for others. I get to work with a good team and people are always respectful.

Cons

There is a lack of transparency in many things that may unfold in near future. In some verticals the work environment is very toxic and seniors definitely gaslight the new bees.
