Pros

You get tiny a paycheck. Sort of a fixed schedule. They may change it (and they will) at any point.

Cons

DMI2 is overstaffed of sortation associates, so much that they are going to send you home early frequently, not completing your minimum 20hrs/week. Extra hours / over-time? forget it! They will not show you how you use their equipment, you have to figure it out yourself. You would expect at least to shadow someone. Their attendance point system is useless, you will get hit with points against you even if they “requested a ticket”. Not enough parking. High turnover

Pros

The people in the trenches understand the work at hand and will develop a familial respect toward you or anyone that does what we do every night.

Cons

Jeff Bezos just gave $33 million to the DACA people. I know many Amazonians that are struggling to put food in their mouths. We earn every single penny. The managers more and more are starting to come from the outside. With respect to the warehouse, all management should come from the bottom. How are we supposed to respect someone that has never lifted a box?
