Pros

No interview Easy job Benefits (Insurance, PTO, Vacation) Opportunity

Cons

While there is room for advancement, the path is confusing and riddled with nepotism and favoritism. Directives often are not possible give the circumstances one finds themselves in. Ex. A package should not stick outside of a cart, but the package is overall too large for the cart.

Pros

Good pay, reasonable working conditions, safe

Cons

Hours are flexible, sometimes up an hour, sometimes down an hour. But not a big deal, they tell you before you join.
