-Consistent and Well Paced job flow -Reliable aid from co-workers from my experience -Include a stretching session for each start of the shift

Cons

-No clear communication between staff and supervisors, but that's the nature of a fast paced environment -Expect to work multiple areas in a single day, which can by physically exhausting if unprepared
