Huge portfolio of businesses and a huge learning opportunity. Solid compensation first 4 years.
Cons
Toxic environment driven by stacked ranked performance evaluation that pits team members against each other. Compensation falls drastically after 4 years as there is no path to promotion after layoffs and restructuring. Mandatory 5 day in office attendance with badge reporting creates tons of stress when trying to manage meetings over many time zones a long commute and family. It's become very day 2.
