Pros

Amazon wants to know your opinion from day one. They value your fresh eyes for a new approach if direction. You're able to take on projects quickly.

Cons

Promotion process - it's a horror story. Leadership is often poor, and unless you agree to bad ideas you won't get the buy in for a promotion. It's based off who likes you and less on work.

Pros

Title is great for future jobs and learn some valuable skills due to constant organization changes

Cons

Get paid $30k less annually from when I started because no more sign on bonus. Work life balance is horrible since RTO. Very difficult to move up, they just keep telling you to work on projects to make you stand out but everything is very political
