The work you do at Amazon is always dynamic and you always have a fair chance to prove your skills and they are well recognized for. Also the work culture is fun and cool.

Cons

The overtime requirements they have sometimes tend to get on your nerves and you might feel that you aren't able to have a work life balance

The over time requirements was a bit problematic . we were asked to do some mandatory Over time which is sometimes acceptable but not always.
