Pros

Best company to work depends on the team you get hired on, good leaves and other benefits provided

Cons

As i said depends on the department, there isnt much growth in the dept i work under, the job is monotonous, if you have potential for something better never work under this department, as moving to other vertical is also impossible. If you have previous experince working as a customer executive, or stay at home roles and stuff , nt much personal dream , go for it

Pros

My experience at Amazon TRMS was intense, challenging, and full of learning. The workload and targets were demanding, but it pushed me to improve my analytical thinking, quality control, and decision-making under pressure.

Cons

The systems and training materials were strong, though the pace left little room for slow learners.
