Pros

It is the place to learn the the latest in customer centric web technologies and online retailing. It also pays very well.

Cons

Very intense and demanding environment. Expectations of employee dedication are very high and management does not respond well work-life balance requests. Management is very intense and has very high expectations of employees and does not respond well to mistakes. It is a low margin retailing company and the perks are very small compared to other high tech companies.

Pros

You work hard but the people are smart and they are committed to what they are doing. It's great to work with a fun group of intelligent people that are continually innovating and improving.

Cons

In some ways it's still a company that is growing up and evolving and that can be frustrated at times because it's old enough to have structure and some bureaucracy but not so old that it has everything worked out yet. (Like a teenager.) Most people I know have a love - hate relationship with their jobs.
