Tier III ceiling

Pros

Loved working with the team I had and the associates I worked with

Cons

Long hours, bad life/work balance. And at EWR5 where I work there is a ceiling that you hit if you try to obtain a promo any higher than a tier3. Once you reach tier3 that is it you will not get any higher. In the 3 years that I've worked here and from others experiences there have been 2 Associates that actually reached L4 status in the last 8 years. You need to go outside of EWR5 to another building to get L4 and then come back if you ever want to be an L4 here aside from that you just have to be an external applicant with the right qualifications and you'll get L4. It's a real shame that it is this way.....also with it being how big it is you are just a number to them your name will not be known unless you reach a higher level
