Pros

Great benefits, if you want to relocate every year Amazon absolutely has no issues with that little harder to relocate if it’s a lateral move. Work hard, learn the metrics, and interview well and sky’s the limit. Tier 1 Associates do those 3 things, be patient because employees are constantly promoting and rarely stay in one building too long. Apply, learn everything you can, and prepare your Star method interview stories based around Amazon’s 16 leadership principles.

Cons

They hire pretty much anyone so unfortunately when starting out as a tier one you’ll deal with a lot of, 😖😖😖!! 💩 👥’s. But if the leadership team works together and expectations and communication are clearly stated starting from the site lead down to each AMs, PAs, and Onboarding Ambassadors and trainers. Within 6 months there will be very few 💩👥’s.
