Cons

Poor Leadership that doesn't invest in people development Abusive culture, managers yell at employees in meetings Realized Compensation is going to be less than what they present as TC Your experience depends on the team you are on but it's a hit or miss They change their word all the time. Pros

Money, RSUs, you can find good people everywhere -even at Amazon. They are miserable like you are and you keep each other sane and motivated in spite of the culture.

Cons

"the way we create leaders is to throw them in a pool and watch them drowning and then throw rocks at them" -- this may not be a con for everyone. It works for some people. It does not work for me.
